The formation of a trust for the Ram temple has started following the Supreme Court's order on the Ayodhya case. According to sources, the Home Ministry has started the process of forming a trust. A team of bureaucrats has been formed to study the court order. At the same time, legal opinion is also being taken from the Attorney General and the Law Ministry. According to the order of the Supreme Court, the government will have to form a trust for the construction of Ram temple within 3 months. Let me tell you that the decision came on Saturday after hearing for 40 days in the Supreme Court in the Ayodhya dispute case.
The judgment said that the Ram temple will be built at the disputed site and five acres of land will be given separately in Ayodhya for the construction of the mosque. The court said that the disputed 2.77 acres of land will remain under the central government
Ram temple trust of Ayodhya should be formed on the lines of Somnath Temple Trust of Gujarat. The Somnath Temple Trust has only 6 members but the government can increase the number of members of the Ayodhya Temple Trust.
According to sources, the Prime Minister's role may also be important in the selection and approval of the trust member. Apart from Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas, Nirmohi Akhara, some big religious leaders can be included in the trust, on the other hand some senior citizens of the society, organizations associated with Ram temple can also be added to it.
Not only this, the work of the trust should be at a fast pace and to keep the working style efficient, representatives of the central and state government can also join it. Prime Minister Modi himself can keep an eye on the progress related to Ram temple, for this, one can be made a member from the Prime Minister's office.
